# Codona’s

Codona’s gives Aberdeen’s beach area a family-entertainment centre with more than one answer to the weather. Outdoor amusements sit alongside bowling, arcade games and indoor play, so the day does not have to depend entirely on riding. It is well suited to a group that wants a few energetic activities and a shared meal, rather than an all-day theme-park itinerary.

The offering includes an amusement park, three-level karting, laser tag, adventure golf and Smugglers Cove play areas. Those are distinct experiences with different participation requirements, and the indoor and outdoor packages are not interchangeable promises of unrestricted access. For families, the most useful comparison is between the activities the children can actually use, not simply the number of attractions on the destination’s menu.

### Planning your visit

Use Beach Boulevard for arrival and choose a short list before booking. Check the height guide and the requirements for karting, play and other selected activities. Read the inclusions of any package carefully, allowing separately for games or food where relevant. Keep some flexibility between outdoor and indoor plans, and check the particular activity’s hours rather than assuming one closing time covers the entire site. The beach location makes a walk along the waterfront an easy way to change pace.

## THMPRK Score

6.7 /10

Codona’s earns its score through variety and the ability to mix indoor entertainment with outdoor amusements. That flexibility is useful for families and groups with different interests. Value is strongest when a package closely matches the plan; a succession of separately chosen activities can be less economical than it first appears.
