# Brighton Palace Pier

Brighton Palace Pier makes the walk over the sea part of the attraction. Rides at the end of the pier, arcades and places to eat combine with views back towards Brighton’s waterfront. Some visitors will want several rides; others will be happier giving the setting and a meal most of their time.

The best visit leaves room for both. Walk out to the amusements, choose the rides that suit the party, and pause on the return for the view along the coast. With ride products, arcade games and food adding up separately, deciding on the main event first helps keep an impromptu seaside afternoon pleasantly open-ended.

### Planning your visit

Use Madeira Drive for the landward approach and plan the wider city journey before arriving. Check current pier-entry conditions separately from ride wristbands and other paid activities. Compare a ride product with how many attractions the group actually wants and can use. Leave time to enjoy the view and walk rather than measuring the visit only in rides completed.

## THMPRK Score

6.6 /10

Brighton Palace Pier scores strongly for its setting and the character of a traditional over-water seaside outing. Its value is clearest when visitors choose ride access and arcade spending deliberately. The atmosphere is a substantial part of the experience, not merely a backdrop to a coaster list.
