# Adventure Coast Southport

Adventure Coast Southport is the current identity of the seaside park long known as Pleasureland. On Marine Drive, it makes most sense as part of a Southport day out, with themed areas and rides giving families a reason to spend more time by the coast. Its scale and appeal are closer to a family seaside outing than a destination for a large collection of extreme coasters.

Pirate Cove, Viking Landing, Cartoon Boardwalk and Steampunk Bay organise the park into different settings. Odin’s Little Dragon Coaster gives younger riders a coaster option, with the wider attraction list determining how much of the day your party will use. Match the current offering to the children travelling rather than relying on memories of an earlier Pleasureland lineup.

### Planning your visit

Compare the available admission and riding options before arriving, especially when some adults will mainly accompany children. Read the height and access requirements together and decide which attractions are genuinely suitable. The Marine Drive location can fit into a broader seaside plan, but give the park a comfortable block of time rather than squeezing it between fixed commitments. Use the current operator website for arrival and product details.

## THMPRK Score

5.9 /10

Adventure Coast earns its score as a family-focused seaside visit with themed areas and approachable attractions. It is more convincing for a Southport holiday than as a long journey made solely for coasters. Value rests on the current riding product and how much of the offering suits the children in your group.
