Steel Pier gives Atlantic City’s boardwalk a direct route from seaside strolling to amusement-park excitement. Extending out over the Atlantic, it puts the setting at the centre of the outing: views, rides, games and the pleasure of being above the water. Families can make a few attractions part of a broader beach day, while visitors coming chiefly for the Wheel have a clear focal point.

 

The Wheel is a signature experience, with the wider pier offering rides and games for different levels of enthusiasm. Food and event spaces add other reasons to visit, but they do not mean every part of the pier follows one schedule or purchase. The Wheel’s hours can differ from those of the main rides and games. Nearby casino hotels belong to the wider Atlantic City setting, not a single resort admission that includes the pier.
