# Aquaventure at Atlantis Paradise Island

Aquaventure turns the Atlantis Paradise Island waterscape into a day’s destination. The Mayan Temple and Power Tower give the slides their drama, while pools and a substantial river experience broaden the outing beyond a handful of quick descents. It is best approached as a water-park day within a large resort, with access arranged before arrival.

Leap of Faith is the recognisable steep slide through a clear tunnel in a marine-life lagoon. The Rapids River offers another kind of adventure: wave surges, changes in elevation and white-water sections mean it should not be mistaken for a uniformly gentle float. Match both kinds of experience to the actual swimmers in your group.

### Planning your visit

Follow Atlantis’s current arrival and day-visitor instructions for Paradise Island. ## THMPRK Score

7.0 /10

Aquaventure earns a strong score for the character of its setting and its combination of major slides and adventurous river riding. It is most rewarding when given a generous day. Cost and access conditions matter, particularly for day visitors who will use only a small part of the resort offering.
