About Hamanako Palpal
Hamanako Palpal adds a family amusement day to the Lake Hamana area of Hamamatsu. The setting gives the visit a holiday character, while rides, play and the park’s own characters keep younger visitors at its centre. It is particularly useful for families who want several levels of activity without making the whole trip revolve around the most demanding ride.
Mega Coaster gives stronger riders something to aim for, while a two-storey carousel, smaller coasters and balloon rides offer gentler ways to join in. The Ferris wheel makes the Lake Hamana setting part of the experience. Choose a few shared favourites and leave time for repeats. If you want to combine the park with the nearby Kanzanji Ropeway or other local attractions, check their separate tickets before committing the day.

Planning your visit
Use 1891 Kanzanji-cho in Hamamatsu’s current Chuo Ward; older references may still use the former Nishi Ward label. Check the operating calendar and the attraction requirements before choosing purchases, especially for the youngest children. Compare any combined product with the activities the family actually intends to use. Leave time for food and a calmer stop, and use the operator’s arrival guide for parking or public transport. The lake-area setting is an advantage when the day has room to enjoy it.
