THMPRK helps you discover theme parks, water parks, zoos, and other places worth a day out. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thmprk.com and the guides, maps, ratings, voting tools, and downloadable or machine-readable versions we provide. THMPRK is operated by Kiozu, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions? Email [email protected].
By using THMPRK, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the site.
A guide to help you choose
Our content is for general information and entertainment. It helps you compare places and decide what might suit your group; it is not a booking confirmation, a promise from a venue, or professional travel, legal, medical, accessibility, financial, or safety advice.
We aim to make our guides useful and accurate, but we cannot promise that every description, address, map pin, link, photograph, attendance figure, or other detail is complete or current. A page may remain online without frequent updates. Before making plans or spending money, check important details directly with the venue or relevant provider, including admission, reservations, hours, transport, accessibility, age and height requirements, and attraction availability.
Your visit and your decisions
You are responsible for deciding whether a place or activity is suitable for you and your group, arranging bookings and travel documents, and following the venue’s rules and staff instructions. Consider your own health, mobility, swimming ability, and other needs. Contact the venue about specific accommodations and seek qualified advice when appropriate. Our inclusion of a place or activity is not a safety certification or a guarantee of any particular experience.
We do not operate the places in our directory, sell their admission through the directory itself, or control their services. Purchases made through an external website are governed by that provider’s terms, prices, refund policies, and privacy practices. Any disagreement about a booking or visit should be raised with the provider concerned.
THMPRK scores and fan scores
A THMPRK score expresses our editorial judgment about a place. It is an opinion, not an objective measurement or a guarantee that your experience will match ours. A score or description does not, by itself, mean that a member of our team has personally visited. We may revise our opinions and scores as our coverage develops.
Fan scores reflect the thumbs-up and thumbs-down votes recorded by our site, including legitimate votes transferred from an earlier system where applicable. They represent participating voters, not a statistically representative survey of all guests. Resort fan scores combine votes for their included places; resorts do not accept separate votes. Editorial scores and fan scores are separate.
Voting limits help reduce repeat voting but cannot establish one vote per person across every browser or device. Do not use bots, fabricated identities, coordinated manipulation, or other methods to distort results. We may review, remove, or correct votes and totals when we identify abuse, duplication, technical errors, or an import problem.
Maps, search, and planning tools
Maps and search results are aids to discovery. Pins may identify a venue rather than its entrance, parking area, accessible arrival point, or current road access. Confirm directions with the venue and an appropriate navigation service. Attendance-based sorting and other comparisons depend on the information available to us; an absent figure is not evidence that a place has no visitors.
Accounts, feedback, and contributions
If you use an account, keep its credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can suggest a place or send a correction by email. Only send material you have the right to share, and avoid confidential information or another person’s private details. For material you specifically submit for publication, you give Kiozu, LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, edit, reproduce, and display that material in connection with THMPRK. You retain your rights in your own work. Sending a private inquiry does not authorize us to publish your private correspondence.
We may choose whether to use a contribution, edit it for clarity and accuracy, or remove it. Submissions do not create a right to publication, payment, or a particular listing or rating.
Using the site responsibly
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe someone’s rights, or use the site unlawfully. Automated access must respect applicable law, our published access controls, and reasonable technical limits, and must not disrupt other visitors’ access.
Our content and other people’s work
Except where another owner is identified, THMPRK’s original writing, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Kiozu, LLC. You may browse, link to pages, and make personal, noncommercial planning copies, subject to any applicable license or legal exception. Other reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless a separate license or law allows it.
Venue names, trademarks, photographs, logos, maps, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Credits identify sources; they do not transfer rights or grant permission to reuse a photograph. A Markdown version, structured-data feed, or other machine-readable version does not expand the license to the underlying material. Inclusion in our directory does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by a venue or brand.
If you believe material on THMPRK infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with the page URL, identification of the work, your contact information, and an explanation of your rights and concern so we can review it.
External services and commercial relationships
Links, map tiles, fonts, embedded media, and other third-party services may be governed by their providers’ own terms and policies. We do not control those services or guarantee their content, availability, or security. If we publish sponsored content or use an affiliate link, we will identify the material relationship where it is relevant. A commercial relationship does not promise a particular editorial score.
Availability, warranties, and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, THMPRK and its content and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiozu, LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, or reliance on its content, including lost profits, data, bookings, or travel opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the extent the law allows.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the site develops. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes apply from publication unless we state otherwise; continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
