Thermal recreation becomes a water-park destination

Aviva’s historical timeline starts with Pousada do Rio Quente in 1964. Hot Park followed in 1997, adding a dedicated water-park experience to the established destination. The opening of Praia do Cerrado in 2008 was another stage in that expansion. These separate dates show how a resort can grow around a distinctive natural setting while adding new attraction formats over several decades.
