About Himeji Central Park
Himeji Central Park offers two substantial reasons to leave the city centre: a safari area and an amusement park with serious coaster ambitions. This is a different outing from Himeji Castle, and it deserves its own place in the itinerary. The strongest visit makes room for the wildlife and the rides rather than squeezing both around another major sightseeing commitment.
The safari includes drive-through and walking experiences, with different vehicle and tour choices. The amusement area changes the energy, with coasters such as Diavlo and Venus GP giving thrill seekers clear priorities. That range is useful for mixed interests, but it also creates decisions: a visitor mainly interested in animals may want a very different day from someone pursuing the coaster collection.

Planning your visit
Follow the operator’s access page for 1434 Toyotomicho Kodani; older references use a different street number or transliteration. Plan the transfer between the safari and amusement areas by the designated car or bus arrangements rather than treating them as neighbouring walk-through zones. Compare admission, ride access and any safari vehicle product carefully. Check current participation guidance and leave time for the transport and food breaks that connect the two halves.
