About Galaxyland
Galaxyland turns part of West Edmonton Mall into an indoor amusement park, making it a useful option when an outdoor day is less appealing. Its Hasbro theme brings familiar toys and games into the ride names and setting. The result is an attraction you can build a family outing around, though it shares its surroundings with a much larger shopping and entertainment complex.
The lineup ranges from gentle rides to more energetic attractions. Galaxy Orbiter is a coaster highlight, while the official ride list separates options for different thrill levels and includes smaller children's experiences. Choose from that current list rather than relying on old accounts of the park: its identity and attractions have changed, and a historic headline ride is not a promise of today's offering.

Planning your visit
Locate Galaxyland on Level 1, Phase II before setting out through the mall. Compare the admission options with the rides your group can use, and check the official ride-maintenance page if a particular attraction is central to your visit. Nearby dining and other mall activities make it easy to extend the outing, but allow a separate budget and booking plan for them. World Waterpark is another attraction in the complex, not a wet section automatically included with a Galaxyland visit.
