About Parque del Café
Parque del Café gives Colombia’s coffee region a theme park with a subject worth exploring between rides. In rural Montenegro, Quindío, it combines the landscape and traditions of coffee with a substantial amusement offering. That makes it appealing to a group whose interests differ: some can make coasters the priority, while others have cultural experiences and the setting itself as reasons to come.
The park presents a coffee museum, a coffee trail, cultural performances and sensory experiences alongside family, water and thrill attractions. Krater and Yippe give coaster riders clear priorities, while transport-style attractions and other family options change the pace. The strongest visit takes both halves seriously. Racing through the cultural material on the way to rides misses much of what distinguishes the destination from a generic amusement park.

Planning your visit
Use the rural park address at Kilometre 6 on the Montenegro–Pueblo Tapao road, not a town-centre map point in Armenia. Check the calendar, passport inclusions and requirements of the rides and shows you want. Plan a route with time for performances, food and walking between priorities. Include transport and parking in the budget and allow for outdoor weather. Leave a little flexibility for the coffee experiences rather than treating the day as a fixed coaster checklist.
