About Dunia Fantasi
Dunia Fantasi, usually shortened to Dufan, is the amusement-park part of Jakarta’s Ancol waterfront destination. Its themed areas create a ride-led outing with a strong place in the city’s leisure history. Choose it as a substantial activity in its own right, rather than assuming a general visit to Ancol will include the whole park.
The attraction mix reaches from larger thrills to family experiences, with a ‘fantasy around the world’ idea linking the different areas. A group with different heights and interests should choose both shared rides and separate priorities. Leave room to explore the themed surroundings and take a proper meal break instead of treating every available hour as another opportunity to queue.

Follow the current Dufan Ancol directions within the wider Ancol property. Check whether the ticket includes Ancol-area entrance and any vehicle charge; access to the waterfront destination and access to Dufan are different decisions. Read the ride requirements and reservation guidance before buying. Sea World, Samudra, the water attractions and other Ancol experiences have their own arrangements, so choose them as separate parts of the trip rather than assuming a single general ticket covers everything.
