About Kathmandu Fun Park
Kathmandu Fun Park brings the pleasures of a local fairground into the middle of the capital. At Bhrikutimandap, families come for mechanical rides, games and the simple decision of what to try next. The central location makes it a practical change of pace between Kathmandu’s cultural sights, particularly when children need an outing organised around their interests.
The documented collection includes a Ferris wheel, family rides and smaller children’s amusements. The setting works best as a flexible visit: start with a few activities everyone is comfortable using, pause for something to eat, then decide whether another turn is worth it. The fun is in those shared choices, rather than in following a rigid itinerary.
Arrive via Pradarshani Marg at Bhrikutimandap. This is the central Kathmandu Fun Park; Kathmandu Fun Valley on the Araniko Highway is a different destination.
