The experience
Plaza Inn on Main Street, U.S.A., at Disneyland Park changes its meal format through the day. Character breakfast and regular lunch or dinner are distinct experiences. Decide which one your group wants before looking at reservation options.
Breakfast includes character dining
Disney’s breakfast menu describes the morning buffet, with choices such as waffles and made-to-order omelets. The restaurant recommends breakfast reservations. Character appearances can vary, so do not treat a particular lineup as guaranteed.
Lunch and dinner are different
The lunch and dinner menu includes fried chicken and other entrées. Disney says regular lunch and dinner do not need a reservation and do not include character dining. A separate dining package also should not be assumed to include characters.
Check the exact purchase
Use the official restaurant information to confirm the chosen meal and current terms. Viewing packages are separate offers; check the current option rather than assuming it is part of a regular meal. Ask a trained Cast Member about dietary needs; the menu warns that self-service buffets can involve cross-contact.
